How often can we ignore the dire predictions
of gloom and doom and failure in today's economy? I ignore
it completely. Been there done that and failed miserably as a result of
it.
At the risk of mixing my metaphors ... when times get tough, the
tough get going.
Aren't you pretty much sick of listening to all the 'woe is me'
propaganda going on? Business success is simply a factor of
understanding customer expectations and tailoring your products and
services to exceed those expectations. More about customer expectations
later.
A while back I was impressed by a new member application from a
company in New Jersey called Dyanamic Tele/Net Infrastructure, Inc. What
impressed me most was one line on his application that said he held
customer satisfaction as his highest goal. Brett Diaz is the owner
of this growing telecom contractor company. He is constantly
