Positive Cash Flow
Positive Cash Flow.... Did you ever wonder about those television
commercials about making millions in lightning speed short time? Well
sure you did... I know you do! I had the opportunity to attend one of
these seminars as a 'guest'. My job pretty much was to look
pretty, sit still and be quiet.
In between commercials for more seminars I did pay attention and picked
up a few nuggets and flashes of brilliance.
More to be said about this topic elsewhere in this blog. For now
shall we concentrate on the positive cash flow and how it may or may not be
working for Connie's Corner.
| Arithmetic and I have never quite seen eye to eye.
I understand some complicated mathematic concepts but literally can't do
the math.
It is a good thing to focus on your virtues and let your lesser
strengths depend upon the kindness of family, friends, complete
strangers. I am sure there is a flaw in this logic as I
rationalize my weaknesses.
But sometimes you get a light bulb 'duh' moment and it clicks.
The reason I don't have positive cash flow is that I avoid anything that
has mathematics in it's components. |

The seminar last weekend gave many clues but few real solutions.
The main topic I paid attention to was cash flow in real estate
investments. To make a long story short, we have a vacant house
for sale in Nashville, Indiana

about positive cash flow for real estate rental and lease option, it
occured to me that the unused house could easily be converted back to my
studio work place and I could probably carve enough room to have
classroom seminars photo transfer fabric arts including photo quilts,
photo purses, dolls, canvas, and more. I'm not going to bore you with
the arithmetic about how I came to my next conclusion, but will share
